As many of you probably know, Sister Martinez has had severe migraine headaches for the past year. Recently she began having fainting spells. Last Sunday she went to the ER room and events at that time lead to an MRI which showed a tumor the size of a softball in the back of her head. She was rushed to Provo for surgery and was showing encouraging signs until Tuesday when she suffered a stroke and passed away.
Her funeral will be Monday, October 6th at the Stake Center. Viewing from 9 - 10:30 services at 11 am.
Any sisters that would like to help with jello or macaroni salads or potatoes, please call Lynn Staples at 635-0313.
If anyone wants to help clean up, or would like to contribute financially, all help would be gratefully accepted.
